OJT and Transcript Process For Technical Students of NEB - Learn Something New With BIKRAM ADHIKARI

 National Examinations Board (NEB) has published the result of the Grade 12 Examination a few months ago. I think all of you are passed in grade 12, congratulation on that, and also some guys also participate in various entrance exams, congrats to those who are successful in it. 

Introduction:

For the admission process, you need a transcript certificate, But NEB will provide you after completing your 6 month OJT. Because transcripts contain your all obtained marks, and before 6 months you do not have your Viva Marks, So After Viva, The school provides your marks in NEB and they will start to provide your transcript certificate.  

OJT Report:  As in the previous class we have to do 6 months of OJT,  and submit our certificate to the school Department, after we submit our certificate doing 6  months, they will conduct a small exam called viva, and they provide our marks to NEB regional office. and Regional office will send our all requirements to Sanothimi Bhaktapur Head Office. and They will update on the server and Regional Team Provide Transcript, Migration and soon. 

Requirement For Transcript Certificate : 

1. Grade 10 and 11 Marksheet photocopy

2. Grade 12 Online printed mark sheet

3. Payment voucher of RS 1100 on the Rashtriya Banijya Bank 

How Long Have to Wait For Transcript Certificate 

After submitting all the required documents you have to wait 1-7 days for the certificate in your hand. This time is required when there were too many applicants on the same day.

Is it possible to get a Certificate Before 6 months is complete?

No, As on the rule of NEB, OJT will only be counted 2-4 days later of the final exam, and in the case of those who perform their OJT, Online. only 8 hrs per day will count so all must complete their OJT.
